In Person Fitness Training (10 sessions)

Come to your trainer’s gym (currently in Fairview/Mckinney/Allen TX area). You’ll have in-person, 1-on-1 instruction at a private fitness facility. You’ll receive a fitness journal, and write down what you learn each session. The emphasis is on weight lifting (strength), balance, mobility (flexibility/stretching), and cardio (heart health).

Most clients choose to train 2x/week for gradual, but effective and lasting changes and optimum education.

10 sessions are charged up front, as this ensures commitment to the training program and allows for your slot to be reserved on the training schedule. (10 sessions * $150/session + $1,500). Sessions expire within 4 months of purchase date.
